Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PixelEngine, a product of Byteex Ltd("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using PixelEngine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
PixelEngine is a Webflow Designer Extension that:
- Injects Meta Pixel tracking code into your Webflow site
- Sends server-side events to Meta's Conversions API (CAPI)
- Provides a dashboard for configuring events, triggers, and pixels
- Auto-detects Webflow forms and e-commerce interactions
We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, conversion improvements, or Meta Event Match Quality scores. Results depend on your site, audience, and ad configuration.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use PixelEngine. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information. One account may manage multiple Webflow sites, each with its own subscription.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans
- Monthly: $14.99 USD per Webflow site per month
- Yearly: $149 USD per Webflow site per year
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Paddle handles invoicing, tax collection, and compliance in 200+ countries. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle. Upon cancellation:
- Your tracking remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After the period ends, event forwarding to Meta CAPI stops
- Your configuration data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe
- After 90 days, all data associated with the site is permanently deleted
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 5 days of your purchase, no questions asked. After 5 days, all charges are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- Consent compliance: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate visitor consent (e.g., cookie banners) before tracking fires. PixelEngine respects consent signals but does not provide consent management.
- Meta compliance:You must comply with Meta's terms for the Conversions API, including their data use policies. Your CAPI access token is your responsibility.
- Accurate configuration: You are responsible for entering the correct Pixel ID and CAPI token. We are not liable for events sent to the wrong pixel.
- No abuse:You will not use PixelEngine to send fraudulent events, inflate conversion counts, or violate Meta's advertising policies.
6. Our responsibilities
We will:
- Operate the service with reasonable uptime (target: 99.9%)
- Encrypt sensitive data at rest (CAPI tokens, OAuth tokens)
- Hash all visitor PII before sending to Meta
- Respect consent signals from supported consent platforms
- Respond to support requests within 2 business days
7. Intellectual property
PixelEngine, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Byteex Ltd. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of your Webflow site content, Meta Pixel data, and any configuration you create within PixelEngine.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PixelEngine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost conversions, or advertising spend.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for Meta's processing of events after they leave our servers, or for changes Meta makes to their APIs, policies, or algorithms.
9. Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
