Refund Policy

5-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with PixelEngine for any reason, you may request a full refund within 5 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@byteex.co with your account email and we will process your refund promptly.

After 5 days

Refund requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for a refund. All charges after the 5-day period are final.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The 5-day refund window begins on the date of your first payment, not the trial start date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • No partial refund is issued for the remaining time in the current period

How refunds are processed

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
